Considering I haven't been to a hair salon in about four years due to my anxiety the team at Innovation made the entire experience a joy.

I had contacted them on Facebook and showed them pictures of what I was after...half a head of colour, blue hair as I was in a recent show, Eddie and Ellie with all sorted. The wonderful kids at all sorted had inspired the sudden change and I was taken through each process with ease. I had a consultation with Kirsten and knew she was the person to do it. Her knowledge of hair colour is incredible.

It was a long day, but the entire team made me feel completely comfortable and everyone chipped in. Handed multiple coffees and lots of laughter.

Thank you Innovation for making the process so enjoyable. The kids at all sorted loved it so much that they ran to me showing me that they also had blue and red bits put into there hair for the show.

He’s so happy with it, we’ve had dramas all summer with bad barber shops who didn’t listen to what he wanted, so he refused to have his hair cut! … but now he’s loving his new style!

The Best My Nails Have Been!

I had an appointment with you in the summer (when visiting Mum) and it was the best my nails have been! I can’t find anywhere where I live in Devon to match the standards!! And I’ve tried quite a few now!!

A faultless, friendly & professional service

Myself (the bride!) and six of my bridesmaids recently had our hair done by Innovation in Swanage. I cannot fault their service at all; on the morning of my wedding, Kirsten and the team were so friendly, attentive and professional, and so we all left the salon feeling relaxed and glamorous. Our hairstyles lasted all day too which was a plus. Thank you so much!

I  brought my grand daughter to your salon to have her ears re-pierced last Friday. We were on holiday in Swanage at the time and I would just like to say that both Isobel and myself were delighted with the painless piercing and the very friendly assistant. Her ears are in great shape with no infection, she is delighted as she was nervous. Regards

Ear piercing highly recommended

I took my daughter aged 6 to innovation this weekend to have her ears pierced. The staff are great, all were very friendly and it was very well organised in these difficult times in regards to social distancing and the Covid measures at the salon. The lady that pierced my daughters ears was wonderful she made myself and my daughter feel at ease immediately, she was very informative in regards to after care, and my daughter was in and out in no more than 15 minutes. There were plenty of earrings in regards to shapes style and colours to choose from, and the after care solution was also included in the price. I really could not fault them at all and it was an excellent service. I would definitely recommend innovation to any friends or family planning to get their own or their children’s ears pierced in the future.

Excellent haircut in a Covid safe environment

Cut and blow dry with the lovely Kiera. Great cut and service and most importantly felt very safe - the salon has gone to great lengths to ensure it is Covid safe for its clients which made the experience feel relaxed and happy.

Innovations is the best!!

Just came from Innovations and once again I am over the moon with the results. I had blond highlights a couple of weeks ago that still look amazing. Today I had a wash and cut along with my eyebrows and a manicure. Nicky is fantastic. She always cuts my hair in a way that always suits me and brings out the best in my hair. And Kira is the best with eyebrows and manicure. Nicky runs a highly professional salon while always making you feel special. Everyone is really friendly and happy to help in any way. I cannot recommend Innovations enough. I've been going there for over 10 years and won't go anywhere else.

Fantastic first visit to Innovations, Swanage.

My first visit to innovations today was a fantastic experience. I was greeted by Nicky and her team of stylists which made feel very welcome and relaxed. I was very impressed with Bethany, whom I found extremely knowledgeable, creative and professional. My end result was amazing, having had a treatment on my hair and styled just the way I wanted it....A huge thumbs 👍to Nicky and her team.....only wish a didn't live 400 miles away. It would definitely be a regular customer....keep up the good work everyone......and Thank you....I had a couple of hours of quality me time...😆

Innovation is a very professional welcoming salon

It was my first time to the salon. I had my colour done by Kirsten, she listened to what I wanted and made me feel at ease and very relaxed. So did the other girls that helped out during my time spent at the salon, the whole experience was very relaxing all the girls are lovely and friendly and are extremely welcoming, Kirsten did an amazing job with my colour and I can’t wait for the next visit.

A Professional, Warm, & Friendly Service

An all-round fantastic experience. Nicky and her team are consummate professionals offering guidance and suggestions that make a difference to my colour, hairstyle, and hair care. The salon is comfortable and there is a fantastic selection of beverages on offer together with a wide range of up to date magazines. Similarly, I am delighted to be able to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed during my salon appointment. A wonderful venue to get some well-earned ‘me’ time. All the team are friendly and nothing appears to be too much trouble or effort.
